An art canvas with Crafter’s Workshop

Welcome back to the Blog today!  I have something to share I have been working on over the last few days.

Here’s the finished canvas.

I had some serious creative fun creating the background for this canvas.  There are many, many layers, so I will just share a few of them with you, and you can see how the texture and dimension was achieved.

I cut up scrap paper and used Pebeo Gel Medium to glue it down.

Next is torn up pieces of surviettes and then Pebeo Texture paste through TCW204s Mosaic Squares

More layers with Gesso, texture paste and black ink  I used a very versatile Template for this layer.  It is a really cool one for adding a variety of textures.  TCW470s Geometric Art Layers

This template gives a lot of options as you can see!  Very cool Stencil!

I drew the girl and coloured the Image with Mepxy Markers (alcohol markers)

I painted the sides to finish it off, and its ready to hang on my wall!
