Using a Gelli Plate, I rolled out an even coat of green acrylic paint.

Next I placed the Holly Fragment strategically all over the wet plate and moved it each time with a pair of tweezers to keep from smudging the imprints.IMG_7914 Next, I pressed the Canvas Sheet on top of the imprints.

Above is what I “pulled off.”

I used a Uni-ball Signo pen in white to further define the designs.

For the berries, I added a little “ZING” with embossing powder:)IMG_7926

For the letters, I used a red sharpie to trace the words I wanted using the Brushed Alpha stencil, and then filled them in with embossing powder.IMG_7930 IMG_7965 IMG_7967 IMG_7971

Once dry, I cut them out.IMG_7979

I cut each letter out and reinforced the edges with Matte Medium to keep them from fraying.IMG_7980

To string them, I simply punched holes on either side and threaded them with twine.IMG_7986 IMG_7988 IMG_7995

Hope this project inspires you to “get your Christmas on!”

Thanks so much for stopping by!!!
